Black and White Ball : 17th October 2015
Brighter Futures are requesting we all dress up very smart for an evening to help raise vital funds for the dedicated radiotherapy unit planned for GWH. This event replaces the sports auction dinner planned for last september.
Thanks to very generous supporters of the hospital we have donated over 20 different sporting experiences and prizes, ranging from clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, brand new mountain bikes, hotel stays, dinner, even a signed football from the Chelsea FC Foundation to help make this a truly glamorous event .
The evening will begin with arrival drinks at 18.30pm. Followed by a chance to mingle and browse any of these amazing prizes via the formal silent auction.
Black, white and gold formal wear is the dress code, a delicious three-course meal; live music and a disco all make for a wonderful night of fun which includes a free stiff drink on arrival.
Proceeds from the evening will go towards purchasing equipment to deliver vital life-saving treatment for cancer patients at a dedicated radiotherapy unit at Swindon’s Great Western Hospital (GWH).
Guest will be seated for 7.00pm with dinner served by 7.30pm followed by our guest speakers.
Tickets are £45.00 per person – tickets can be bought here or by calling the fundraising office direct.
Tickets are limited and this will be on a first come first served basis. If you are looking to host a table of 10 or more please contact the fundraising office directly on 01793 605670.
Keep an eye on our website and Facebook page as over the next couple weeks will be announcing the silent auction prizes! You wont want to miss them!
